Magic or science

Magic or science.

 

  Which way is the world moving towards, a common answer would be science of course, but science or as it was called in the past alchemy started out to chase, discover, and use magic, ie " the philosopher's stone". 

  Now science has mannaged to distinguish itself from its humble beginnings, leaving behind any room for doubt and compromise, forgoing faith for fact, and yet an average scientist dreams of leaving their the world by creating wonders that change the way we talk, eat, sleep, work, connect with others and even how we die.

 The quest for wonder and understanding is what lead our forefathers to create the concept of magic. A substance/energy that can create miracles

     Over time magic through various form of people folklore and media has been classified into various types each with certain rules of practice be it time and event like comet wishing, or alignment of stars, or requiring sacrifices on special places which so called experts have claimed the magic won't work if the rules are broken, and can have " consequences " Sound familiar yet ?.

 Now science has advanced to the point where we can't in simple terms explain what is happening from quantum computing to cryptocurrency to AI each taking the world by storm, the very mention of the world magic is shunned but are we proving it doesn't exist or are we close to proving it does. For now while we hold each other back in the name of peace, progress, and of course capitalism one cant help but wonder are we using magic as is discribed in the various form of media are our phones, laptops, and gadgets just artifacts, is the internet the akashic records, are apps spells, and electrcity magicpartickes CERTAINLY NOT !!!  

But no one can stop us from dreaming so keep dreaming DREAMER UNTIL WE MET AGAIN IN THE DREAMING.
